We are delighted to offer complimentary shipping on all orders. Your beautifully packaged items will be dispatched with care and are estimated to arrive within 5-7 business days. Once your order is on its way, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information to follow its journey.

Returns & Refunds

We hope you adore your Accubyte pieces, but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return them within 14 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original, unused condition, with all tags attached.

The Process

Order Processing: Orders are processed and dispatched with the utmost care. Orders placed before 2 PM from Monday to Friday are typically dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after this time or on weekends will be dispatched on the next business day.

Refunds: Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
